We help people bring their food products to market by guiding them through the process of becoming legal for sale. Bakers, caterers, food trucks and concession stands can rent from us to expand their operation and meet legal requirements. Our Kitchen is for start ups or established

businesses. Foodworks Alliance is a new addition to MCBI made for the support of food and agricultural businesses and organizations. We are a marketing co-op, helping our clients connect with the consumer. We have meeting space available for workshops and speaking engagements which align with our mission.
