To our amazing community,
It is with a heavy heart that we announce the cancellation of this year's Mahoning Valley Punk Flea. Our goal will always be to create events that are fun, inclusive, and financially sustainable for our vendors and the nonprofits we serve. Unfortunately, rising costs and complex venue requirements have made it clear that proceeding with flea this year would prevent us from meeting our fiduciary responsibilities and the high standards you deserve.
While we were excited to bring the market to life, we have made the difficult decision to downsize this year's festivities to better serve our mission. However, the spirit of the event lives on as we transition into a "Punks With Purpose" benefit concert, taking place on the same day, Sep 5, 2026 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at Modern Methods Brewing Company. This benefit concert will feature incredible live sets from Wednesday Demonstration and The Hazards. Please note that there will be no vendors this year as we pivot our focus to this more intimate community gathering.
The Youngstown Food Brigade will be on-site to discuss their vital work, and we will be collecting donations for them throughout the event to ensure our community receives the support they need in 2026. All previously scheduled vendors and partners have been issued 100% refunds, and we look forward to a full-scale return of the Flea in 2027.
Please keep an eye on our website (www.neopagn.org), where we will be highlighting the incredible individuals and organizations that were slated for the flea this year. We encourage you to support these vendors, food trucks, community organizers, and bands directly as they are the heartbeat of our scene.
