Meet Chris Chrestay, a 17-year breast cancer survivor 💕

We're shining a light on Chris's story for Breast Cancer Awareness Month and the hope that exists in the Mahoning Valley 🌟

Chris leads our All-Cancer Support Group, which meets on the fourth Wednesday of every month (November's meeting will be on the third Wednesday, and December's will be during a Christmas get-together early in the month. Date TBA).

Led by Lit Youngstown, this program will be the first Wednesday of every month at 5:30pm. Starts on October 7th, please RSVP!

🌸Refresh & Renew, A Survivorship Series by HealthCare
Four new comforting topics will be offered throughout the month! Classes are on October 1, 8, 22, and 29, and begin at 5:30pm!

🌸Reiki Energy Healing
Reiki Master Melissa is offering a second date for Reiki sessions! You can schedule an appointment for Oct. 15 or Oct. 16! RSVP REQUIRED!

It's a PINK OUT🥎🩷

From t-shirts to armbands and face paint, the Mill Creek Jr. Baseball Pink Out Tournament kicked off yesterday with pink on every field!

Games will be played throughout the week, with the tournament wrapping up Saturday and Sunday, just in time for Breast Cancer Awareness Month.

Proceeds benefit Yellow Brick Place, and we couldn't be any more grateful to the players, volunteers, and staff that make events like this possible!

Come out and enjoy a game, fries, and support YBP💕

We're so excited to partner with Lit Youngstown! Journaling Through Cancer is a free, journaling program hosted in Suite 4 of Yellow Brick Place💜

These workshops will be led by Lit Youngstown's Outreach Coordinator, Sydney Stalnecker.

This program is open to anyone, including cancer survivors, loved ones, and caregivers. Space is limited, so please RSVP!

🩷Calling all breast cancer survivors!🩷

We would LOVE for our breast cancer survivors to join us on the field to throw out a FIRST PITCH for as many games as possible throughout the week.

🌟PLEASE - help us spread the word!🌟

Easy throw, and if you would prefer a family member to throw the pitch in your honor, that is perfectly fine!

Tournament runs September 28th - October 4th and there are a wide variety of game times!
