The finish line is the goal—and having fun along the way makes the journey even better.

We asked swimmers about their goals before taking on the Nubble Lighthouse Swim. For these eight, it wasn’t about a finish time or chasing a personal best. It was about making it around Nubble, enjoying the experience, and crossing that finish line.

And honestly? That’s a pretty great goal.
