We’re proud to begin a new partnership with Andrus we bring 914United’s Leaders Building Leaders curriculum into deeper conversation with the juvenile justice ecosystem in Westchester County.
At the core of the curriculum is a simple belief: leadership isn’t defined by titles — it’s defined by how we lead our own lives.
We define leadership as the ongoing process of taking responsibility for our choices, pursuing personal growth with intention, and creating a life grounded in purpose, stability, self-sufficiency, and positive impact.
Our approach is rooted in lived experience. Our team draws from our journeys as formerly incarcerated individuals, entrepreneurs, mentors, and professional impact leaders to help young people develop the tools to lead themselves — and ultimately become agents of change in their communities.
We don’t define young people by where they’ve been. We engage them for the potential of where they can go.
We’re honored to build alongside Andrus and continue strengthening 914United’s position within Westchester County’s juvenile justice ecosystem.
