Huge thank you to pinelandfarms for their generous donation of 27 pumpkins to YES for their annual pumpkin book characters project! Each class will paint and decorate their pumpkin to represent a favorite book.

Please allow extra time during your parent teacher conferences to see the pumpkins on display outside each classroom. Can you spot Elephant and Piggy? Roz the Wild Robot?

Many thanks to Pineland Farms Produce Department for supporting our schools and making this favorite YES tradition possible again this year!

REMINDER!! RSVP for tonight’s Internet safety workshop with Katie Greer co-hosted by the Falmouth and Yarmouth PTOs.

You’ll walk away knowing:
* What your kids are really exposed to when they text and chat with friends
* Why deleted posts aren't really gone (hello, digital "tattoos")
* Whether those privacy settings are actually private
* What every parent should understand about social media and gaming platforms

Screens aren't going anywhere, but you can be one step ahead. Don't miss this. Attend this session and then continue the conversation with your children at home.
