And finally… the moment you’ve all been waiting for… introducing the INCREDIBLE playwrights!! This festival has it all: noirs, frappuccinos (?!), Gadot, what ifs, twins, science experiments, and MORE!

The festival features a talented pool of artists: 16 actors who flex between plays, all led by a group of 6 directors.

Congrats to Dustin Sleight on winning best play (he’s also in King of Crows!) and Joe Quinn for being crowned best actor. 🐦‍⬛

We are ONE WEEK away from our August deathmatch! Your amazing host is Julie Poland Middleton, and the theme is “Green.” 🌱 She will be joined by her son, Max Middleton, for live music!

Julie was the drama director at Hebron Academy for 15 years. She is currently on the board at the Theater Project. While Directing and stage management are long time friends, playwriting is a surprising new crush.

The first deathmatch of the season is in the books! And what fun was had! 14 plays submitted, 10 selected, 2 eliminated in the first act, and great performances all around! Huge congrats to Jeff Stewart for his best playwright win, and Hal Cohen for best actor! 🐦‍⬛

Thank you to Leopold for being a wonderful first-time host, and Joshua Castro for the live music! Any musicians who would be interested in performing for us, please reach out anytime!

Our next deathmatch is one week away! Will we see you there?! 🐦‍⬛

Summer is here and it’s the start of our next season of plays! What better way to kick it off than with the theme “Gracefully,” chosen by actor, playwright, and frequent Crowbaiter Leopold Karigamombe!

Leo is an ambitious young filmmaker, actor, and playwright who enjoys learning new things and meeting new people. A current student at USM, he studies political science with a concentration in international affairs.

We’ll see you Sunday, July 5 at RRCP! Doors at 6:30, show starts at 7 pm. $10, cash or Venmo.
