Mental Health Monday | Domestic Violence Awareness Month

Domestic violence impacts more than physical safety. It can have lasting effects on emotional health, self-esteem, relationships, and overall well-being.

If you or someone you know has experienced domestic violence, remember: you are not alone, and support is available. Healing takes time, courage, and compassion.

This month, let's raise awareness, support survivors, and help create safe spaces where people can seek help without fear or judgment.

Your story matters. Your safety matters. Your healing matters.

If you or a loved one is struggling, call us today! Our compassionate mental health providers are here to help, and it starts with just one call (509) 834-4300 or triumphtx.org/mental-health

On October 7, 2026, Triumph CEO, Jolene Seda, participated on a panel discussion at the 2026 Health Policy Commons Conference, together with Compass Health - NW Washington CEO, Tom Sebastian, and State Representative Lauren Davis, about the state of Behavioral Health (BH) in the State of Washington. The panel was a frank discussion about the progress made in the last decade and where there are gaps, as well as a look forward to the future of BH. The Health Policy Commons is a major nonpartisan health policy conference that was held in Seattle, featuring over 70 speakers, 19 breakout sessions, and 3 keynotes focused on Washington State healthcare issues.

Today, we honor the strength, resilience, and rich cultures of Indigenous peoples. Healing is deeply connected to community, identity, and belonging.

For many Native and Indigenous individuals, reconnecting with cultural traditions, storytelling, family, and community can be powerful sources of emotional wellness and recovery.

This Indigenous Peoples' Day, take a moment to learn, listen, and celebrate the contributions of Indigenous communities.
