Please help if you can... to plant the Farmer's Garden at our State Fair Park in Yakima.
Thursday, May 21st at 8:30 am.
Join the group for a morning of planting, fresh air, and a sneak peek at the newest addition to the Fair... The Farmer's Garden!
Please bring a reusable water bottle, your own gloves and a hand trowel.
Enter the fairgrounds through Gate 5 off Fair Avenue... and head East towards the barns.

They will have plants ready to go so there is no need to bring any... but if you have something unique and special that you would like the Valley to see, feel free to bring a donation for the garden. If the garden area runs out of room, we can turn it into a plant swap.

Looking for the best APPLE PIE BAKERS in the Valley! The Terrace Heights Grange #586 is sponsoring this contest to be held during the Moxee Hop Festival on Friday, August 7th. Details in the flyer. Only $5.00 to enter! Amateur bakers only please. Contestants need to register by Saturday, August 1st.

A group of Terrace Heights Grangers went to the East Valley High School’s production of the Wizard of Oz and was very proud of our young Grangers, Hayden Ostrander (the Wicked Witch) and Hannah Cadigan (tree). It’s an awesome play… y’all should go support these kids! There are so-o-o many students from all ages… and all the schools! Toto will win your heart!❤️

TERRACE HEIGHTS GRANGE (THG) is proud to announce that a $250 college scholarship has been awarded to EAST VALLEY high school senior, Carter Russell. He is going into agricultural science which gets back to the roots of Granges! 💙💛💙💛

TERRACE HEIGHTS GRANGE (THG) is proud to announce that a $1000 college scholarship has been awarded to each of these EAST VALLEY high school seniors: Hannah Cadigan (Lt) & Hayden Ostrander (Rt)! Hayden also received a $1000 scholarship from Nob Hill Grange thru the Washington State Grange! These girls have been members of THG for a number of years and have been involved in numerous Grange projects that serve our Community. We are pretty darn proud of these exemplary girls!💙💛💙💛

These kids from East Valley’s Honor Society helped clean our Grange hall yesterday, including wiping down the wood paneling! The hall smells wonderful… especially with the Spring cleaning the members did previously! They did a great job… and earned Community Service credit too! Thanks kids… we appreciate it!🥰
