The Central Washington Home Builders Association (CWHBA) is a not-for-profit professional trade association dedicated to promoting, protecting and preserving the home building industry. Serving six counties across central Washington the CWHBA is led by member volunteers and professional staff, who strive to address issues unique to the various professionals within the association. The CWHBA is one
of over 800 local home builder associations throughout the U.S. and is affiliated with the Building Industry Association of Washington and the National Association of Home Builders. CWHBA membership represents a vast variety of housing-related businesses and industries including contractors, materials outlets, suppliers, manufacturers, distributors, lending institutions, real estate companies, utilities, surveyors, title companies, attorneys, accountants, engineers, architects, designers and many others. Membership is all about working together to strengthen an environment in which business can succeed while providing for the housing needs of the region's population.
