🏃‍♂️💪 What an incredible day! 💪🏃‍♀️

On behalf of the Rick Moyer Legacy Foundation, we want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to everyone who participated in the 6th Annual Pump & Run 5K.

When planning this year's event, we set an ambitious goal of reaching 100 registrations. We're proud to share that on race day, we hit that goal exactly—100 participants! 🎉

Thank you to every runner, walker, and athlete who came out to challenge themselves, push their limits, and be a part of this special event.

Your support and enthusiasm are what make this event such a success year after year.
We would also like to thank our incredible sponsors, volunteers, supporters, and community partners. This event would not be possible without your generosity and commitment.

Most importantly, thank you for helping us continue to honor Rick Moyer's legacy. Seeing our community come together in his memory is truly inspiring, and we are grateful for each and every person who played a part in making this year's event a success.

🚗 PARKING UPDATE 🚗

Good news! You won't need to set a PR in the parking lot before setting one in the 5K.

Parking is available at 930 Prairie Rd, Wilmington! Arrive early, grab your spot, and save your energy for the bench press and the race—not for circling the lot pretending you're in the Indy 500.

A few race-day tips:
✅ Follow parking signs and volunteers
✅ Leave enough time for packet pickup
✅ Stretch your legs before the race, not while searching for a parking space

Remember: The only thing that should be running on race day is YOU. 🏃‍♂️💨
