This is fantastic!
It was an honor to present grant funding to Lower Salford Township to support the purchase and preservation of the 62.65-acre Allebach Farm, located next to Henning’s Market.
This land could have been developed into commercial buildings and as many as 350 apartments and twin homes. Instead, the township is working to protect this valuable open space for future generations. Preserving farmland is about keeping our community’s character, honoring our agricultural heritage and ensuring our children and grandchildren can enjoy these beautiful landscapes for years to come. I’m proud to support this important effort alongside all the township officials and township employees that work so hard to preserve the places that make our community home.
