Post 412's Sr Vice Commander Keith Lynes trailered and transported our Bad Boy Raffle Mower to the event. Keith is the hardest working member of our post. He has his finger on the pulse of our community and the needs of veterans. If the Commander needs something done, Keith is the one who makes it happen. Thank you Keith! Your knowledge, initiative and innovation are essential to the success of our organization.

Post Event Coordinator Fernando and Post Commander Lou Ness setting up prior to kickoff of our 5K. So much time and effort went into the event, and these two led the effort with our Junior Vice Commander Donna to put on a safe, fun and rewarding event. Thank you again for your service and dedication to your country and improving the lives of McHenry County Veterans.

Post 412 Adjutant Sara Davis and her husband Scott joined us for our first 5K fundraiser. Scott ensured participants safely crossed roads, while Sara checked in walkers and handed out event shirts and bibs. Each bib honored a McHenry County casualty from Vietnam, Iraq, Afghanistan, or one of the 14 killed in Iran. Thanks to Sara and Scott for their dedication and service to both their country and community!
