🎨✨ Calling all creative Little River Eagles!

Love to draw, take pictures, write stories, make music, dance, or create films? We want YOU to enter Reflections! 💜💛

This year’s theme is:
🌎 “What My Culture Means to Me”

Think about your family’s traditions, celebrations, food, music, or stories. What makes your culture special to YOU? Bring that story to life through your favorite creative outlet!

You don’t have to create something perfect—your ideas, imagination, and unique perspective are what make it special. 🦅✨

📅 Entries are due November 6, 2026!
Submit your entry form + artwork in the green Reflections drop box in the school atrium.

Parents, encourage your Eagle to give it a try! A simple conversation about your family’s culture could spark a wonderful idea. 💜

🎨 Start creating today—let’s show everyone the creativity here at Little River!

🚨 ADVOCACY ALERT! 🚨

Early Voting for the November 3rd Election has started! One of the most important items on the ballot impacting our community is the RENEWAL of the Education SPLOST. Remember, this is a renewal—not a new tax!

Two years ago, Little River received a fresh coat of paint using SPLOST funds, and soon SPLOST funds will provide new flooring throughout the entire school! If renewed, there are many more projects planned for academics, arts, and athletics, and our students will eventually benefit from River Ridge’s brand new auxiliary gym.

Every school in our zone and across Cherokee County benefits from SPLOST!

📚 Learn more about the Education SPLOST and planned projects:
Cherokee County Education SPLOST

💡 Fun Fact: An estimated 30% of SPLOST funds come from non-Cherokee residents who shop in our district!

📢 Little River is looking for someone to represent our school at PTA Advocacy Day on Saturday, November 7th!

If you’re interested in learning more about education advocacy, meeting with fellow PTA members, and helping make Little River’s voice heard, we’d love to have you represent us!

Please email us at [email protected] to get more information.

To our wonderful drivers: thank you for your early mornings, patience, and care in getting our kiddos safely to school and back home. We appreciate you yesterday and every day! 💛
