Whether it's getting more sleep, drinking more water, moving your body, setting boundaries, spending less time on screens, or simply slowing down, small habits can have a big impact over time.
Today's conversation was a great reminder that personal growth isn't always about major changes. Sometimes it's about the small, consistent choices that help us show up as our best selves, both personally and professionally.
