Looks like we’re down to needing 3 “yes” votes to ratify and extend our HOA. Lots of positives to make sure that we have an HOA.
With the renewed emphasis on making sure our HOA is in place, many of our homeowner families have come forward and volunteered to perform a number of critical functions including: active Board membership, repairing and maintaining critical common areas such as fencing and our signage at the main entrance.
Please reach out if there are any issues that need to be addressed. Your board is always interested in hearing from you so please be vocal.
