Woodbury Junior Women's Club Woodbury Junior Women's Club is a non-profit organization located in Woodbury, CT. We are a group of women dedicated to community service in our town.

The Woodbury Junior Women’s Club is a member of Connecticut Junior Women, Inc. The club was founded February 13, 1968. During it’s rich 50+ year history, we have donated thousands of dollars in financial and humanitarian aid to local, state, and national projects. Help us support our local, state, national and global communities. It’s a wonderful way to volunteer for a greater good, while making n

ew friends and having fun! You can learn more about WJWC by attending a meeting. See what we are all about! Meetings are held at 7:00 PM, on the 4th Wednesday of the month (Sept.-May, except Dec.) at the First Congregational Church from September to May. Parking is behind Labonne’s.

This past weekend was a wonderful reminder of what community is all about 💙

On Saturday, members of the Woodbury Junior Women’s Club volunteered at the Spruce Bank Community Center, serving food and sharing smiles with neighbors in our community. Then on Sunday, WJWC proudly sponsored a Community Theatre at Woodbury Inc. production, with several club members enjoying a fun brunch together before heading to the show!

From service projects to supporting the arts and spending time together, we love finding ways to give back and stay connected in Woodbury.

What a beautiful afternoon at our Second Annual Flowers & Friendship Luncheon! 🌸💐
We were so happy to bring seniors in our community together for a day filled with laughter, connection, friendship, and beautiful blooms. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, and helped make this special event possible.

Special thanks to Amy at Bloom Where Planted for the gorgeous floral arrangements and to Local Gourmet for the delicious lunch that everyone enjoyed. We are grateful for your generosity and partnership in helping create such a warm and welcoming gathering. 💕

The grant aims to improve the quality of life within Woodbury and the surrounding communities by supporting projects that align with WJWC's mission of fostering education, philanthropy, public health and welfare, moral values, civics, conservation, and fine arts.
