Awesome start to the American Legion, Department of Florida Convention! This morning we won our first ever Blue award, for most outstanding post Scouting Program. We've won some runner-up, Red Awards, so this one is pretty special.

Thanks to our leadership team and those leaders at Scouting in the Horizon West area for the dedication to getting us here!

We'll have this to display next weekend!

🇺🇸 Join us Monday, June 8th as we partner with American Legion Post 419 for a special Flag Ceremony at Horizon High School! First pitch is at 6 PM, with the ceremony beginning at 5:45 PM. Come out for a night of baseball, community, raffles, family fun, and more! ⚾️🧡💜

Super excited to be working with Winter Garden Squeeze for their new season!

Such an awesome morning to receive this American Flag from the Horizon West American Legion, Post 419 to be flown at the baseball/softball complex where your Winter Garden Squeeze play along w the Horizon Hawks Baseball FL and softball team play.

Tomorrow night we will have a ceremony pregame as the flag will be raised up the flag pole for the first time with members of the legion.

Ceremony will be begin w both teams about 5:45 pm.

All those in attendance for the ceremony will receive a free sandwich from Portillo's
