Every patient has a story. 🐾

This little dog was one of many animals seen during our clinic in Chaguaní, Colombia. For some families, opportunities like this are the only chance their pets have to receive veterinary care.

What may seem routine to us — an exam, medications, treatment, or surgery — can completely change an animal’s quality of life.

This is why Vets 4 Paws exists. ❤️

This July, we are returning to Colombia with the goal of helping 125–150 animals in underserved communities, but we can’t do it without your support.

Every donation helps us bring supplies, medications, and hands-on veterinary care to pets who need it most. 🇨🇴

Volunteer Spotlight: Karla 🐾🇨🇴

Meet Karla! Karla has been working in veterinary medicine for over 18 years, dedicating her career to supporting pets and the people who love them.

She first volunteered with Vets 4 Paws during our 2024 spay and neuter clinic, and we are so excited to have her joining us again for her second trip. That experience left a lasting impact and strengthened her passion for expanding access to veterinary care in communities that need it most.

Karla loves working alongside others who share the same heart for veterinary medicine, service, and giving back.

At home, Karla spends her time with her son, Aidan, and her two pets, Ollie the dog and Finn the cat.

We are grateful to have Karla as part of the Vets 4 Paws team again! ❤️🐾
