TOMORROW: CLIMATE ACTION PLAN COMMUNITY OPEN HOUSE, December 10, 7-8 pm at the Winnetka Police Dept (Village Hall has work being done). The Village of Winnetka invites all community members to attend an open house to hear from anyone interested in Winnetka’s sustainable future about implementing the sustainability pillar of the 2040 Comprehensive Plan and advancing the Village’s commitment to reduce carbon emissions. Attendees will learn about the objectives of Winnetka’s Climate Action Plan, review the latest greenhouse gas inventory findings, and participate in an interactive input session designed to gather ideas and feedback.
