Looking forward to seeing you in the spring!! Thank you ❤️ 😊

Good afternoon concession Wi******er VA Parks and Recreation will be having our last day closing Sunday October 18th 2026. Located 1240 Maple drive Wi******er va 22601 .We had a great time serving the community. We’ve met people that are regular visitors to the park, extremely happy with how the concession stand became a place where people from every part of Wi******er can join & have events, or dance practice , or just a birthday party. Looking into the future we hope to bring more items that were recommended, we’ve heard, and will try and implement and improve serving our community what they want. Thank you all WFYFL - Wi******er Frederick County Youth Football League

One week until the costumes come out, the trunks get spooky, and 302 S. Loudoun Street fills with a little Halloween magic. 🎃👻

Next Saturday, October 17, join us for Trunk or Treat on Loudoun Street with decorated trunks, candy, music, games, costumes, and plenty of family-friendly fun.

The event is completely free, but advance registration is required.

Grab your costume, bring the family, and join us from 5:30–7:30 PM for one of our favorite nights of fall.

We’ll see you there.

Holiday magic is beginning to take shape at the YDC. 🎄

Every ornament, wreath, and decorated tree at Festival of Trees will carry a little piece of the creativity of the people and organizations who make our community special.

On November 21, the YDC will be filled with those creations for a full day of holiday celebration, beginning with free daytime festivities and ending with our Candlelight Showcase.

We cannot wait to see 302 S. Loudoun Street dressed for the season!

Calling all artists, makers, businesses, and creative community members! 🎄

The Youth Development Center is looking for vendors and tree and wreath decorators for this year's Festival of Trees.

Art Again will be decorating a wreath (members stay tuned to participate!) and we'd love to see others help raise funds for the YDC in this unique way!

Whether you want to showcase your work, decorate something beautiful, or help bring a little extra magic to one of Wi******er's favorite holiday traditions, there is a place for you.
