Cub Scout Pack 3 - Family Pack "Winchester, VA"

09/22/2026

On Tuesday, September 15th, 2026, Pack 3 held our annual Emergency Response Facility Tour in partnership with Greenwood Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company!

The volunteers at Greenwood went above and beyond to make this such a memorable experience for our Scouts, leaders, and families. They had several different stations set up throughout the firehouse, giving each den the opportunity to make their rounds, learn something new, ask questions, and make some pretty unforgettable memories along the way!

Experiences like this mean so much to our Scouts, and we truly cannot thank the men and women of Greenwood Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company enough for taking the time to welcome our Pack. Their dedication to serving our community, and especially their willingness to invest their time in the youth of our area, does not go unnoticed.

Thank you again, Greenwood Volunteer Fire & Rescue Company, for opening your doors to Pack 3 and giving our Scouts an experience they’ll remember for years to come!

Service in action!

This evening, our Pack 3 Scouts and their families came together to make a difference by helping beautify Garland R. Quarles Elementary School. With rakes, shovels, wheelbarrows, and plenty of teamwork, we spread fresh mulch and showed what Scouting is all about; serving others with cheerful hearts.

It was wonderful to see Scouts of all ages, parents, siblings, and even the school's principal working side by side to give back to our community. Every shovel full made a difference, and every smile reminded us why service is such an important part of the Scouting journey.

A heartfelt thank you to every volunteer who spent their evening making our community a little brighter. Your dedication, teamwork, and Scout spirit make Pack 3 something truly special.

What an AMAZING night at the Pack 3 Pool Party!

A huge THANK YOU to every Scout, family member, sibling, and friend who came out tonight! Seeing so many smiling faces, hearing the laughter, and watching everyone have an incredible time together is what Pack 3 is all about.

We were especially excited to welcome Scouts, leaders, and parents from Pack 10, Wi******er, VA and Bsa Cub Scout Pack 63! We truly cherish the strong relationships we've built between our units. Scouting is so much more than one pack, it's about supporting one another, sharing adventures, and growing together as one Scouting family. Thank you for joining us and making the evening even more special!

We can't wait to see you at our next adventure. Until then, keep making memories and remember...

Pack 3 is the Place to Be! 🐾💙
