How can your Cub Scouts connect with Scouts in 170 countries—without leaving home? Join us to learn all about Jamboree on the Air and Jamboree on the Internet (JOTA/JOTI)!
Held each year on the third full weekend of October, JOTA/JOTI is an international Scouting event that brings Scouts together through amateur radio and the internet. Want to help save the bees? 🐝 It starts in your own backyard!

A message from the SAC Council Conservation Committee 🌲

Honey bees and native pollinators are under pressure from habitat loss, pesticides, disease, and climate change, and more than half of North America's native bee species are in decline. That's a big deal since 1 in 3 bites of food we eat depends on pollinators. 🍓🥦

Swipe through to learn what's threatening our bees, some wild facts you probably didn't know, and how to build a pollinator-friendly garden that supports the whole ecosystem.

This is exactly the kind of hands-on conservation work Scouts thrive on. Talk to your unit about a pollinator garden service project this fall! 🌻
