People say that a dog "just knows" who needs them. Today we got to witness the instant connection of Benning and his forever veteran. From the moment they met, it seemed as though Benny just knew that this was what he had been training for. Our hearts are so full and we can't wait to see what these 2 can accomplish together as Valor Service Dogs first working team!

I know I look cute (I can’t help it), but when you see me this locked in, it’s because my dad needs me. My job is to watch him, listen for him, and react to him. That’s kinda hard to do if I’m distracted by you.

When you ignore a service dog:
• You help us stay focused
• You help keep our handler safe
• And you show respect for the work we do every single day 🐾

So if you see us working dogs out and about, please ignore us.

I had so much fun with my brother, W***y Valor at Valor Service Dogs Service Dogs 10th anniversary celebration. I saw so many old friends. I’m the OG dog 🐶 so I was there at the very beginning with my first moms, Carol Balmes Lansford and Mary Lou King Giese. Valor is such an amazing organization and they change so many lives.

It's here - VSD's 10 Year Anniversary Celebration Open House! Gates open at 10am. At 10:30 we'll have a short Welcome & the Memorial Garden Dedication. Lunch starts at 11am and there will be fun activities the whole time! We can't wait to see you! 🐾🦮🎉
