This one is cheap, easy, and pretty hard to mess up. Grab a sponge, some paint, and let your kid make their own colorful monster. 🎨🧽

Then ask the fun questions: What are you naming it? Why did you pick those colors? What does your monster like to do?

Yesterday, we had the opportunity to represent the Child Development Resources Fatherhood First Program and support this cohort as they celebrated an important milestone. We are always willing to step up and assist when opportunities arise to support fathers, families, and children. Providing resources where they are needed is simply the right thing to do.

Rookie Dads is a hands-on workshop for new and expectant fathers where you can learn the stuff that feels a little intimidating before your baby arrives. ❤️🧡 Practice diapering, swaddling, feeding, and ways to soothe your baby, all while meeting other dads who are figuring it out too.

The 2026 CDR SuperHero Trike Trek & Community Day is here! Head to CDR’s new home from 8:30 a.m. to noon for a morning of tricycle racing, food, music, activities, ice cream, and more.
