Cori's Place Helping Individuals with Disabilities Create A Better Life Cori's Place is a non-profit organization that aims to teach adults with disabilities life skills.

Hopefully through our work we can help these individuals become more independent. Cori's Place was founded when Cori Gwilliam graduated high school. There was nowhere for her to go after she graduated high school due to her disabilites. She is diagnosed as intellectually disabled with some physical disabilites. To meet the need of Cori and her friends with different conditions, her parents-George

and Therese Gwilliam- with the help of her sister-Tara- started Cori's Place. The goal of the new program was to provide adults with disabilites a place to socialize and learn independence. Cori's Place was started in July 2002 with 5 clients and has grown to 52 clients in May 2016. For more information please visit www.corisplace.org
