On Friday morning, April 5, 2024 the town's emergency management personnel will be conducting a mass casualty exercise at the Wickenburg High School. This event will involve all our community partners with the Fire Department, Police Department, AirEvac, American Medical Response (AMR), Priority Ambulance, Wickenburg Hospital, and Wickenburg Unified School District. The purpose of this exercise is to view our response plans in action and look for areas of improvement. You may notice an increase of emergency vehicles and helicopters in the areas of the high school and the hospital. All emergency entities will remain fully functional to serve the needs of our community during this exercise. If you have any questions, please contact Battalion Chief Tony Christofferson at [email protected] or Lieutenant Aaron Hadley at [email protected].
