Dear Taking Steps for Cancer Family,Thank you to every single one of you who came out and walked with us in the Grand Lake Memorial Day Parade! It was absolutely amazing to see such a massive and passionate crowd honoring our Veterans and showing up for cancer patients across Grand County.Walking down Grand Avenue with all of your energy and smiles reminded me just how strong our community is. Your participation helps us raise both awareness and vital funds for local families Taking Steps for Cancer who are actively battling cancer.Thank you for making this year's parade so deeply memorable. Together, we truly make a difference!

🇺🇸 The Grand County Sheriff's Office was proud to join our community today for the Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony in the Town of Grand Lake! It was a beautiful, sun-filled day dedicated to honoring the brave men and women who served our nation and made the ultimate sacrifice for our freedom.

Thank you to everyone who came out, shared a smile, and stood with us in remembrance. We are incredibly grateful for this community. ❤️

Date: May 25th with a start time of 10:00am with folks in line by 9:30am.

Theme: Lets advertise the 9th Annual Taking Steps for Cancer Spirit Polar Plunge and pay homage to the Veterans. Please bring candy!! Line up same place, behind the Community Church of the Rockies (old stables).

Marchers who are participating in the 9th Annual Taking Steps for Cancer Spirit Polar Plunge should dress as their Spirit Polar Plunge team dictates. If not on a team for the plunge, please wear Red, White, and Blue.

We will have a truck for those who do not want to walk and hopefully, a cute car to add more attention.

Hi all! Spring is in the air, and that means summer is not far away. Mark your calendars for this year's Steak Shoot at Crooked Creek Trap Club! As always, we look forward to your support for water, safety, and water safety education. The Steak Shoot is a great place to come out and support us while having a fantastic day with shooting games, great people, and great food! As always, we will have our shotgun raffle again this year. Buy some tickets and try your chance at winning a beautiful shotgun. You won’t find a better group of folks to spend the day with and do some fun shooting games. Hope to see you there! We get started around 9:00 on July 25.
