The Housing Authority of Prince George’s County will open its 2026 Public Housing Program waitlist lottery application from Monday, October 26, at 12:01 a.m. through Friday, October 30, at 11:59 p.m. Applications will be accepted online only at mypgc.us/publichousing.

A total of 4,000 lottery slots will be available, with bedroom sizes determined by family size. Applicants who need assistance can visit the Prince George’s Sports & Learning Complex, Room Landover A, on October 26 or October 29, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Job Responsibilities

Telemarketing Representative

Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Explain our nonprofit programs and services.
Schedule consultations and appointments.
Follow up with leads and maintain accurate records.
Meet weekly and monthly goals.

Customer Service Representative

Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries.
Assist clients with applications and referrals.
Provide excellent customer service.
Maintain confidential client information.
Coordinate with staff to ensure clients receive needed services.

Door-to-Door Community Outreach Representative

Visit neighborhoods, businesses, and community events.
Educate residents about our programs.
Distribute flyers and informational materials.
Generate referrals and client leads.
Build positive relationships within the community.

Schedule

Monday – Friday: 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Saturday: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Sunday: Off
