The most recent Pulse™ report tackles an essential question: "What makes a good car wash experience?" The data allows industry professionals identify gaps between retailer and consumer behavior while also highlighting how washes are valued among customers.

When a great operator tells you something's missing, you build it.

Hoffman Car Wash has 29 locations across upstate New York and a team of 700+ employees. They had safety training, compliance training, operations training. What they didn't have was a formalized approach to frontline sales, and a way to make sure every greeter at every location could confidently walk through a promotion, handle a price question or sell an unlimited membership without making it feel like a pitch.

So when LEAD developed its 21-course sales curriculum, Hoffman was part of building it. Their sales team worked directly with our content team, shaping the courses to reflect how sales actually happens at the paystation.

Today they're rolling it out across all 29 locations.
