Domestic Violence Awareness Month is around the corner! We are hosting our 3rd Annual Awareness Walk to honor those effected by domestic violence. This casual, 1-mile walk around Herrick Lake in Wheaton is open to everyone. Wear purple and bring your family, friends and furry friends out to join us! No registration required🚶‍♀️

📅 Saturday, October 10th
🕛 Arrival/Activities 9:30am, Walk kicks off at 10am
📍Herrick Lake, Wheaton, IL (Main Entrance, Butterfield Rd.)

💜Transportation is a major barrier for survivors, help support in getting survivors where they need to go by donating Uber or Lyft gift cards at the walk!

Join us for Domestic Violence training! Our Fall 2026 Training schedule is out, and open for registration! We'll be offering training in August, September, October and November.

Domestic violence is a complex and pervasive issue that affects one out of four women and one out of seven men in their lifetime. Our professional facilitators offer this training at least 8 times per year and trainings are open to professionals and community members who wish to deepen their understanding of domestic violence and learn how to connect survivors with lifesaving services.
