Today, the adventure officially begins! 🎉

I’m headed to Pinedale for the opening retreat of Leadership Wyoming’s Class of 2026/2027!

I’m incredibly honored to have been selected and to have received one of the program’s highest scholarship awards, making this opportunity possible for me.

Over the next year, I’ll travel across Wyoming to explore:

⚡ Energy & Natural Resources
🏥 Healthcare
🎓 Education
🏛️ Government & Public Policy
⚖️ Criminal Justice
🏔️ Tourism
📈 Economic Development
🤝 Community Leadership

I’m especially grateful to the PCED Board for supporting me in taking on this opportunity- I’m so excited to represent Platte County, build relationships across the state, and bring new ideas and experiences back home!

Meet the Class of 2027:

The Class of 2025 includes 40 leaders from across the state. They will be attending 9 sessions throughout the year, all focusing on different topics.

What a way to wrap up another great Platte County Fair! 🥞

A big thank you to the Platte County Chamber of Commerce for hosting the annual Pancake Breakfast. Great food, great people, and a wonderful way to end an incredible fair week!

One parade float especially stuck with me: “Paid for by your property taxes.” With property tax questions coming to the ballot, it was a powerful reminder of how much those dollars support right here in Platte County.
