Happy Thursday! 🤩 Tonight is the Burgers in the Park | Kickoff Event, and you are invited to join the fun!

June 4th Event Details:
🙌 Event Co-Hosted by Bethel Home & Services and Bethel Butikk
🍔 $5 meal includes your choice of hamburger, brat or hotdog with baked beans, salad, chips and a drink
🍪 Bake Sale to support Bethel Butikk Food Pantry & Mission Assistance
🎵 Live Music Provided by Tor Eness
🌳 Playground equipment for children & beautiful Davidson Park

All are welcome at Burgers in the Park 5-7 p.m. each Thursday of June, July & August!

Summer is almost upon us, and that brings a change for some folks' schedules. ☀️ Bethel Butikk Food Pantry and Thrift Shop are in need of volunteers. Are you or someone you know able to share your time and talents? ➡️ Learn more about volunteer opportunities below, and let's connect!

⭐️ We are looking for volunteers who are:
+ motivated to help
+ can work independently but in cooperation with others
+ able to lift and move items such as clothing donations and/or food in the Pantry

🧡 Thrift Shop Volunteer Opportunities Include:
+ sort donations of clothing and household items
+ price merchandise
+ hang/display donations for sale
+ assist shoppers
+ operate the check-out
+ bag purchases for shoppers

💙 Food Pantry Volunteer Opportunities Include:
+ pick up food donations from local retail partners
+ unload, weigh and sort food donations
+ rotate food from dry, cooler and freezer storage into Food Pantry space
+ stock Food Pantry shelves
+ assist Food Pantry patrons in selecting groceries

⏰ The following are days and times where help is of greatest need currently:
Mondays 1-4 p.m.
Tuesdays 1-6 p.m.
Thursdays 9 a.m. - 2 p.m. (This is a critical need as we get large shipments of food into the Food Pantry this day.)
Stocking times outside of business hours can also be arranged.

Bethel Butikk is closed today (Friday, Feb. 20). Weather permitting, we will be open tomorrow (Saturday, Feb. 21) from 9 a.m. to noon.
