Mpact Outreach Inc. partners with the Westbury Memorial Library Teens in delivering “Stress Less Kits” to The Arbors Assisted Living in Westbury just in time for their carnival celebration. The teens will be making assorted kits throughout the summer which Mpact will deliver to various senior facilities.
