“Like many women, I grew up working out just to change the way I looked. I wanted to shrink myself. I wanted to get smaller, and I really didn’t feel confident in my body. I was checking the scale after every workout and really hated it. No matter how much I worked out or how little I ate, I felt like I wasn’t doing enough, and guilt and the lack of self-confidence were just eating away at me. I knew I needed to find a better, different way.”

This is Coach Jess, our Head Coach. She shares why she started, and what motivates her to continue building SHINE. If you can relate and are looking to change your relationship with fitness, we can’t wait to meet you!

Testimonial Tuesday!

This week we’re featuring our lovely community member Larissa, who is one of our 6 Week Challenge graduates!

She wanted to make a lifestyle change but worried it would be difficult, instead of waiting to try a class she went for it. Now 7 months later she’s still showing up for herself and dancing in our Musical Theatre Cardio classes 🤩
