Toronto Hispano-American Film Festival (THAFF) The Festival grew from humble beginnings into an annual showcase of films from Spain, Canada, the USA, and Latin America.

Established in 1998, the Toronto Hispano-American Film Festival (THAFF) is a presentation of the Simon Bolivar Foundation, a non-profit organization whose mandate is to promote Spanish and Latin American culture in Canada. To date over 39,000 filmgoers have attended more than 190 films screened at the Festival. The THAFF is the largest and longest running Spanish language film festival in Canada.

The THAFF is a proud recipient of the Somos Award for Best Spanish Audiovisual Event.

Establecido en 1998, el Toronto Hispano-American Film Festival (THAFF) es una presentación del Simon Bolivar Foundation, una organización sin fines de lucro creada para promover la cultura hispana y latinoamericana en Canadá. Desde su origen humilde el Festival se ha convertido en un gran escaparate para películas de España, Canadá, USA, y Latinoamérica. Mas de 39,000 personas han asistido a mas de 190 películas proyectadas por el Festival. El THAFF es el mayor y más duradero festival de cine de habla hispana en Canadá. El THAFF esta orgulloso de haber recibido el Premio Somos como Mejor Evento Español Audiovisual.
