📍 Please read carefully to ensure a safe and respectful experience for everyone.
🚫 Arrival & Parking
Arrive no earlier than 3:00 PM. Do not park on side streets including Factory St. or the Country Club lot while waiting. Early arrivals will be asked to leave and return the following week.
🎒 School Safety First
With school in session, be extra cautious around children and school buses. Their safety is our top priority.
🪪 Identification Requirements
If using a passport as ID, you must also provide proof of address (e.g., utility bill or bank statement). Without it, only one order per vehicle will be allowed, no matter how many passengers are present.
🤝 Picking Up for Others
When picking up for someone else, bring their physical ID or have them accompany you. Photos or copies of IDs are no longer accepted.
🚧 Parking Lot Access
Enter the parking lot via Factory Street only. The entrance by the athletic field is reserved for school pickups.
⛈️ Weather Advisory
In case of lightning, Project Hand Up will temporarily close until conditions are safe for volunteers.
