The West Point Farmers Market opens Today at the Mossy Oak Outlet pavilion. We are excited to see our famers and favorite bakers, and welcome new vendors this summer. This week there are blackberries, heirloom tomatoes, cucumbers, squash, red potatoes, zucchini, kale, cabbage, pecans, fresh baked sourdough bread, farm raised beef, activities for the kids, and friends we haven't seen in awhile. It's a good day at the West Point Farmers Market, today and every Thursday in June and July! Bell rings 4:00pm sharp.

Kids are out of school now, and that means it's time for them to get their Lemonade Stand ready for business. This annual event is for SCHOOL AGE KIDS grades kindergarten to 12th grade, to own and operate a business, and then budget their profits by saving, giving back to a charity, church or organization of their choice, and buy themselves something too. There is a list of things that are great to sell with Lemonade, and also a list of things the City does not allow. Register on the website, brand the stand on the map, pick open hours, decide on a menu, and then get ready to sell - Saturday, June 13th is Golden Triangle Lemonade Day! Sponsored by The Growth Alliance, Cadence Bank, and the MSU Center for Entrepreneurship.
