We are so excited for the year ahead!

Board members recently came together for our annual board training meeting. This time allows our organization’s leaders to reflect on WPJA’s successes, identify areas for growth, and set goals for the year ahead.

A big thank you to CSC and former West Point JA member Christine Grabbs for leading our training session and sharing her expertise!

Now, we’re ready to get to work and continue serving our community!

✨MEET OUR BOARD✨

Carson McTaggart
Projects chair & community outreach
2nd year

Hey, I'm Carson McTaggart, and this is my second year in JA! I serve as Projects Chair and Community Outreach Chair. My favorite part of JA is the community it builds, both among our members and in the greater community around us, and I’m excited to be so involved in that process this year!
When I'm not involved with JA, you can find me working at Drift Coffee, reading, working out, or cooking up something in the kitchen. Most importantly, I love spending time with my husband John and our two kids, Collins and Jackson!

One of my favorite parts of JA is serving alongside such wonderful women, friends, and mentors who all share a heart for helping others.

✨MEET OUR BOARD✨

Micah Outz
2nd year
Treasurer

Growing up, I watched my mother serve our community through Junior Auxiliary, and her example instilled in me the importance of giving back and serving others. Years later, I am proud to continue that legacy alongside my fellow JA members. I am also blessed to be the wife of Cody and the mother of our three children, Ezra, Archie, and Parker. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in our community and to serve with an organization dedicated to helping others.
