The Scouts enjoyed an afternoon at Neligh Park practicing their fishing knots, trying their luck in the water, and learning how to fillet and cook a fish. One of the scouts even reeled in a rather interesting catch from the fishing pond 🎣😉

🦅 (Soon to be) Eagle Scout Spotlight: Trypp 🦅

We’re excited to spotlight Trypp, who recently completed his Eagle Scout project in the Neligh Park Dog Park this August!

For his project, Trypp added a tunnel and ramp to the dog park that will benefit the community and our four-legged friends for years to come. 🐾

Stop by our concession stand by the ballfield during the Cuming County Fair for cold iced tea or lemonade, Pepsi products, water or a root beer float!! Scout Nachos (nachos with taco meat) are available as well as hotdogs and popcorn. Saturday night our special being served will be sloppy joes. Enjoy a sloppy joe sandwich or ask for a sloppy dog for something different, try sloppy joe meat on your hotdog. Add a little nacho cheese for more flavor! Stop by to support your local Scouts!!! We appreciate your business!! Have a wonderful, safe weekend at the Cuming Co Fair!!

The last couple of nights we've been set up by the tractor pulling track at Cuming County Fair. Thank you to all of our awesome volunteers, scouts and of course our wonderful customers!! Stop by our concession stand by the ballfield today (Saturday) and tomorrow for tasty food and cold drinks! We'll also be serving by the track during the Demolition Derby on Sunday.
It's a great day to be a scout!
