In true Monday fashion, we have an adoption update to share with you this evening!

"Hello everyone,

As volunteers my sister and I love seeing updates on adopted animals! My family adopted a dog a few months ago, after much convincing and finding the perfect fit for us. When I first saw Skittles (now renamed Tinnie) I knew she would be a great fit for our family!

Since her adoption Tin has made herself at home. Throughout the day she loves to snuggle with her family, go for walks, get tummy rubs and enjoy her snuffle mat. While she is still warming up to the male members of our family she is much loved.

Tin has also gone on a few camping trips with us and has done incredibly well. She has the perfect energy level for us as she is content to spend the day inside or to go on several miles long hikes. She especially loved digging in the sand while we were camping, although Lake Michigan was a little scary.

Tin is a great addition to our family we are truly grateful to have her!"

Thank you so much to Tinnie's family for giving this sweet girl such a special life and loving family to call her own!

Meet Marshall & Pastizz Pasta—the last two bunnies remaining from a case we took in some time ago. 💔➡️❤️

🐰 Marshall is waiting for his person right here at the shelter.
🐰 Pastizz Pasta is currently enjoying the comforts of a foster home.

But here’s the thing…both of these buns would LOVE a home of their own! 🏡

They’ve waited. They’ve been cared for. They’ve come a long way. And now, they’re ready for the best part—their "Hoppily Ever After." 🥕✨

So maybe you can’t adopt right now. That’s okay!

We’ll be at the West Michigan Whitecaps game today at 2 PM selling 50/50 raffle tickets to help support the shelter pets at Harbor Humane! 🐾💙

A HUGE thank you to the West Michigan Whitecaps Community Foundation for inviting us to be the beneficiary charity for today’s game. We’re so excited to be part of the fun and raise some much-needed funds for our shelter pets! 🐶🐱
