We are incredibly honored to support the iCademy Global Spring Break Capstone Trip to Ireland this year! ✈️

After receiving 6 outstanding scholarship applications, we were inspired by each student’s story, passion, and potential. Choosing just one recipient was no easy task—so we didn’t.

💙 Because of your continued support, we were able to award TWO scholarships this year instead of one.

Opportunities like this go far beyond travel—they open doors to new perspectives, cultural understanding, and life-changing experiences that shape future leaders.

What a fun and meaningful night at the Mother & Son Barn Bash last week Thursday! 🤠

The Sawyer Schipper Memorial Foundation was proud to be one of the sponsors of this incredible event hosted by Winning At Home at Post Family Farm—an evening full of games, dancing, music, and western-themed fun.

We were especially excited to sponsor moms and sons from the InsITe Business Solutions / SoftwareInsite family so they could experience this special night together. From homemade donuts to meaningful keepsake photos, it was truly a night to remember.

As mothers, we hold our sons close for a moment, but we lift them up in prayer for a lifetime. We celebrated the gift of these boys and the purpose God has placed within them—to be themselves, fully and courageously, just as they were created.

In honoring Sawyer’s legacy, we are reminded that every son is deeply loved, uniquely made, and called to walk boldly in who God designed them to be.

This Thanksgiving, our hearts overflow with gratitude for each of you. Your words have comforted us, your support has strengthened us, and your love has sustained us.
Through the devastating loss of Sawyer, we’ve witnessed the incredible goodness of family, friends, and even strangers. You are our gift.

We are slowly seeing glimpses of how God is using this chapter, and we are leaning on Him to meet us in our deepest hurt. Growing in gratefulness isn’t something we do alone—it’s believing His promises even when life feels broken.

What if the work you're doing to provide for your family is the same thing keeping you from them?

This past September, our CEO Mike Schipper stepped away from work to reflect and grieve on the one-year anniversary of losing his son, Sawyer, in a tragic car accident.

If you aren't on our newsletter list, Mike shared thoughts from his time away and sat down with Travis Kooi, to talk about one year without Sawyer (find the link to the podcast in the comments).

Mike shared the difficult realization he was confronted with: he had spent so much time building and providing that he often missed the moments that mattered most. Like many parents, he believed that working hard was how he showed love and care. But he's come to realize that presence is just as important as provision.

That realization continues to impact how Mike leads InsITe today. Our mission has always been about more than technology. It's about protecting what truly matters.

Technology should give you back time for what's most important: family, faith, and peace of mind.

Good business is built by good people who aren't buried under the weight of work they were never meant to carry alone.

Mike hopes you'll take a moment to ask yourself: Am I spending my time on what really matters? Whether it's restful weekends, systems that support your life, or the freedom to be present with those you love, that reflection is what drives everything we do.
