Romans 14:17

In Acts, on the Day of Pentecost, Peter quoted the prophet Joel in his sermon. He said, this is that which was spoken by Joel . In the last days.. is how it starts in that verse.

Here's my question. Which last days was Joel referring to when Peter quoted him?

Was it the last days for Israel, or was it the last days for you and I? If the last days started at the Day of Pentecost , did they end?

The strangest thing keeps happening, and if anyone has any insight I'd like to hear it.

I frequently have passing thoughts and visions of things happening that don't always happen right then, but it will happen days, weeks , or years later. Any idea what this is?
