UPDATE ON MISSING CHILD

Peyton Saintignan has been found and is safe.

Webster Parish Sheriff’s Office Maj. Bobby Igo III said the 10-year-old was found by searchers about 1 p.m. in a wooded area near her Magnolia Rd. residence in Dubberly. She was reported missing from the home around midnight Tuesday.

Igo said Saintignan has been checked by emergency medial personnel and appears to be in good shape, but will be further evaluated.

URGENT: 10 YEAR-OLD PEYTON IS MISSING AGAIN

A search is currently underway for 10-year-old Peyton Saintignan who has been reported missing from her home on Magnolia Rd. in Dubberly.

Some of you may remember Peyton from a missing story back in September of 2024.

Webster Parish Sheriff's Office Jason Parker said Saintignan was reported missing just after midnight Tuesday, October 8, 2024. She reportedly was last seen wearing a yellow shirt and yellow shorts.

Law enforcement officers from several agencies, including dog tracking teams, are searching wooded areas in the vicinity of her home.

Parker requested any persons who may be wanting to assist in the search for Saintignan refrain from entering the wooded areas.

“We’re using dog tracking teams and the scent could be disturbed by persons entering the search area,” Parker said.

Anyone with information on the whereabouts of Peyton Saintignan is urged to call 9-1-1.
