Introducing our host and emcee for A Vintage Vaudeville Variety Extravaganza! on Saturday, June 13 at Robinwood Station ... Professor D. R. Schreiber

As the Historical Conjurer, Professor DR Schreiber brings parlor magic back to the public. He leads his audiences on a stroll through the past centuries of conjuring entertainment. His unique presentations entertain while educating the audience about historical events, literary and cultural figures, and the science and art of conjuring.

Professor DR Schreiber is a member of the Academy of Magic Arts (Magic Castle) and past president for the Society of American Magicians Portland Assembly. Professor DR Schreiber won the Stan Kramien Excellence in Stage Magic Award from the Society of American Magicians Portland Assembly. He has performed and lectured for conferences and events up and down the West Coast, in addition to Canada, UK and Europe. He is also an instructor in magic as well as a magic consultant for legitimate theater companies. In addition, he is a past cast member at Disneyland and frequent emcee, magic historian and historical re-enactor, as well.

Introducing our next artist for the 3rd Annual A Vintage Vaudeville Variety Extravaganza! on Saturday, June 13, 2026 at Robinwood Station Community Center . . . Ramona Cirquette.

Ramona Cirquette is a Portland-based circus performer whose journey into the art form began almost by accident — but one she's never looked back from. With an athletic background, she found in circus arts the perfect blend of physical challenge, musical expression,and mental discipline that keeps her skills ever-evolving. Eight years on, her practice spans pole, lyra (aerial hoop), contortion, and stilts. You can find her performing at events around the Pacific Northwest, happiest when she's up in the air or folding in half.

Stephanie Strange (Strange & the Familiars) presents a charming and immersive musical experience that straddles the line between the singer-songwriter, musical theater, and storytelling while exploring the dark and fantastical places of the human mind. Strange has an enchanting and unique performance with a highly original voice that travels from sincere and poignant to wry and dark-humored. She can sometimes be spotted in the wild armed with comic books and a crankie box with shadow puppets, often with puppeteer extraordinaire Bitsy and the shadows by her side.

Introducing our next artist for A Vintage Vaudeville Variety Extravaganza! on Saturday, June 13 at Robinwood Station Community Center ... Lauren The Serpent .

Lauren The Serpent is a 10 year belly dancer and researcher. She has danced across the country, blending the traditional movements of Egyptian, Turkish, North African, and serpentine belly dance to create a style that transports you through time. In her research, she has become what we would call obsessed with the historical roots of carnivals in Egypt, and their impact on performances in the nightclubs and cabarets of Cairo in the 1920s. These carnivals led many belly dancers to bring different tricks to the dance in the late 1800s and early 1900s. These tricks traveled across countries and oceans, landing in many carnivals, World's Fairs, and vaudeville shows of the early 1900s in the United States. At this show, you will see the balancing acts you don't see very often any more, that include glass goblets and a chair. It is not what you think! Or maybe it is! The Serpent hopes you will be absolutely delighted!

Introducing our next artist for A Vintage Vaudeville Variety Extravaganza! on Saturday, June 13 at Robinwood Station Community Center ... Belinda Rose

Belinda Rose’s love for performance began in childhood, where dance, baton twirling, and gymnastics sparked a lifelong passion. Circus arts became her true calling—a space where she could fuse every discipline into something raw and expressive. Over the years, she’s honed her craft in aerial hoop, tumbling, contortion, and contact juggling, always chasing the thrill of creating art that moves both herself and her audience.

Since 2014, Belinda has been a fixture in Portland’s burlesque scene, performing in renowned shows like The Teasy Belle, Melange, Mischief, and Dante’s, and taking her act to stages in Seattle and San Francisco. But her impact extends beyond the spotlight: as a founding member of West Coast Black Circus, she helps build community and access for BIPOC artists, ensuring the stage is as inclusive as it is dazzling. For Belinda, art isn’t just about skill—it’s about connection, storytelling, and the transformative power of performance.
