Such a pleasure to be able to perform at the iconic peppermint club in LA for the RHYTHM & REFUGE event produced by creating a space for artists to speak their truth to support the community.

Today marks 2 years of Sobriety
Year one was about survival. The one day at a time, holding on, finding my footing in a world I used to run from. It was about breaking patterns, rebuilding trust with myself, and learning how to feel everything I used to avoid.

But year two has been different. It’s been about clarity, intention, putting action behind the healing. It’s been about living and not just staying sober. This year I’ve been all in on everything I have ever wanted. I’ve been chasing purpose with passion, staying disciplined when it got hard, and showing up even when it felt heavy. This year, I locked in. I’ve been building A Mind’s Pursuit with everything I’ve got and so much to share. But not just as a passion project, as a mission to help others find light the way I had to.

I’m proud of that.
Proud of how far I’ve come
Proud of what Im creating, the mission I’m building
Proud of the person I’m becoming
And beyond grateful for the love, support and people in my life who show up for me everyday and remind me I’m not alone in this

This isn’t just a milestone — it’s a reminder that when you stay the course, you can change the story.

Today marks ONE YEAR of SOBRIETY….
I would love to tell ya as the year progressed it got easier. Most days I’m still battling craving, days anxiety ridden with no escapes, ADHD paralysis. I mean throw a party for a living so I’m surrounded by my vices in addition to the work stress, and the handful of you that drive me to drink… So no it hasn’t gotten easier, but I’ve gotten better at trusting myself to handle it.

In the words of Snoop “I want to thank me” because I’m the one who has to get up everyday and fight my own demons and it’s exhausting, but every time I get knocked down I’m still getting up and that’s all that matters.

So being sober for a full year is something I never thought was possible. For many years I couldn’t go more than an hour without some sort of substance. Im doing the work daily and have come a long way, so I’m trying really hard to be proud of myself today which is a task in itself. But if I can accomplish this, I can literally accomplish anything I put my mind to and there is a lot I’m putting my mind to, to change this stigma. I just have to remember to take it One day at a time….

One DECADE living in the city of angels, and what a ride it’s been…
If you would of asked me 10 years ago I wouldn’t of had the slightest clue where I would be today. The amazing experiences, incredible people and the wonderful life that I have. Born in raised in NY but I got to grow up in LA and I am beyond grateful for all of it….

Stepping into 35 with a new found humility and a changed perspective, a realization of thinking I had it all figured out but had it all wrong.
Life is simple but we make it complicated, we strive for success when the real value is peace, the downs are just as important as the ups. Everyone supports you when your winning but the real ppl in your life show up for and are present in your darkest moments.
I am beyond grateful for all the amazing ppl I have in my life who showed up when I needed it most. When you have a plan God laughs at it so I’m excited to just be and let unfold whatever is next.

We work because we have to, we balance it out by doing something for the soul.
I am so grateful to have an expressive outlet to coexist with all the madness I deal with. I appreciate with the launch and upgrade for season 2
The energy from the Chaos crew ( ) that all work so hard on this project, all the guest with their openness to jump deep into convo and to top it off my amazing cohost who just makes the show. Be on the look for new episodes every Thursday.
