MHEA hits it out of the park every year on conference logo design but we cannot take credit- it is always a Maine home educated kid that is the artist! This year's logo is no exception! This GORGEOUS design was done by teen Quinn Cote.

FREE 1-day 2026 Great State of Maine Homeschool Conference entry with your receipt of a paid entrance to Mass HOPE or the Homeschoolers Of Maine Convention.

We have some really important speakers that should be heard, we do not want finances to be a factor. If you have already paid to attend one of the two recent homeschool conventions in our region, we would like to invite you to attend one day at The Great State of Maine Homeschool Conference for FREE. Just show us a copy of your receipt at the door.

A MUST-SEE presentation: keynote Amanda Weeden will be discussing school choice and educational savings accounts, and the impact on NH homeschooling freedoms. See the link below for the full program.

Didn't attend either conference? We have at the door tickets available as well. $50/adult and $15/child aged 2+ in the household (including unmarried adult children).

Announcing: at the door sales on both Friday and Saturday, May 1 & 2!!!

The all volunteer team at MHEA is happy to announce that we WILL be offering 2026 Great State of Maine Homeschool Conference tickets at the door in limited quantities.

Last year, our first year, we felt we had all we could handle pulling off this enormous (and costly) event, so we limited tickets to presale only. It is a lot to put on a conference of this size and quality, and so VERY important for us to have those presale tickets! We met our pre-determined capacity shortly after the ticket purchase deadline.

This year, after the online deadline had passed, we have had many requests to sell at the door. We want everyone to have the opportunity to attend, so we feel comfortable expanding the quantity and availability of tickets for at the door sales.

We are happy to be able offer this option this year and likely for years to come! Please arrive early, and understand that at-the-door rates are higher than presale online tickets. Adults are $50 for a day entry, unmarried children in the same household are $15 each. Come and check us out, it is truly a fantastic event with amazingly good energy. Lots of community, information, and fun for all!
