Boy Scouts of America, now commonly referred to as Scouts BSA since the inclusion of all genders, is a great organization for the youth of today. The focus is to engage these youth in the world around them and to encourage them to become strong, respectful, independent leaders in society. Although the organization as a whole has suffered from past imperfections, we, as a troop, strive to provide a

safe, fun, positive experience for our scouts. Once part of our Troop 9 family, you remain there forever more. We encourage our scouts to push themselves just a little bit harder in all they do, to live by the scout law, to explore nature, and to love all that is around them. Our program and activities are always changing to help keep our scouts engaged. Are you (or your child) between ages 11-17 and interested in exploring the fun and engaging world of scouting?

I just wanted to share this. I will be there. I personally make approximately 200 cupcakes for the kids to decorate and enjoy. There's tons of candy, games and fun! Best of all it's free. They are only asking for donations for the Operation christmas child Service project we do every year. I attached the suggestions but that isn't necessary. I hope to see you there!!!

Yesterday I asked all those who were part of the memories of the West Deptford Scout Center to show up to say goodbye, BOY DID THEY SHOW UP!!! THANK YOU TO EVERYONE who came out and truly made this an event to remember. I promise I will get emailed pictures out this weekend. ⚜️❤️

The Scout Center has been reclaimed by the school district and the Scouts have been relocated to Greenfields Fire Hall.

This Scout center means so much to so many people, we would like commemorate this moment with all past and present Scouts & leadership including Girl Scouts.

We are digitizing many of the pictures we found in the scout center but we would also like to make a scrapbook to keep in our new location
