A wonderful fall morning
at CCC! 🍂
Our women’s event this morning included a sweet time of fellowship, wreath-making and reminders to keep our thankfulness centered on Christ and what He’s done. As we look at these ribbons, we are also reminded of how God weaves our lives together as the body of Christ and how we encourage one another as we enter this beautiful season of gratefulness to our God!

This past weekend, couples from our church traveled to Iglesia Pagiel-Población Lazaro Cardenas, a partner church in Mexicali, for a joint marriage conference!
They shared a wonderful time of biblical teaching and fellowship under our Pastors Lance and Esteban and local Pastor Oscar.
We’re grateful to partner with Oscar and for the work God is doing there and in our own congregation!

Our IMPACT Young Adults Ministry enjoyed a game night last night with a throwback to the 80’s!
This group meets every other Sunday, with special events planned throughout the year; we are so encouraged by their love for the Lord and one another, and we want you to be too!
If you’re a young adult, we want you to join us and be part of this amazing community of young men and women who love to serve the Lord!

“Him we proclaim, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ.”
‭‭Colossians‬ ‭1‬:‭28‬ ‭

We are praising God as we welcome Alan and Nicolene Gardiner! Alan has joined our staff as the Pastor of Family Ministries, and we are looking forward to seeing all that God will do in and through them here at CCC. Take time to greet them; they are excited to get to know our church family!

Join us Sundays in John 1, as we study the wonder of the Incarnation, the Enfleshment of God! Christ is the Satisfier, the Desire of all nations: do you seek your fulfillment in Him alone?
“For I satisfy the weary ones and refresh everyone who languishes.”
‭‭Jeremiah‬ ‭31‬:‭25‬

Last night Austin Sparks began a new Wednesday series on Christians and the Workplace. The focus of the first evening was on habitual living; and here are a few points he gave us to consider:

• Habits are who we consistently are and what we repeatedly do

•Christians must form godly habits, not because we want God to love us more, but because He first loved us

•How we do anything is how we will do everything. We must have Gospel-centered excellence in every way

To listen to this 4-part series as it’s preached, head to our website or podcast platforms, and join us next Wednesday night at 7 PM!

Keep our mission team in prayer as they travel to Ecuador with our Pastor of Spanish Ministry, Esteban Bustos, and prepare to minister alongside local churches and pastors there!
We have the privilege to send the team with curriculum and teaching resources, plus support for an outreach program to neighborhood children.
Join us in the mission of prayer as these selfless members travel across continents to serve the Lord and share the gospel!
