We are proud to announce that our foundation is now officially registered with The Gift Trust — a trusted platform that makes giving from New Zealand simple, transparent, and impactful.

Through The Gift Trust, we are opening new doors for our partners and donors in New Zealand to support our mission with confidence. Here’s why this step matters:

Tax-effective giving: New Zealand donors can make their contributions go further through tax-effective giving options and efficient grant structures.

Transparency & peace of mind: The platform maintains high standards of compliance and due diligence, helping ensure that donations are handled responsibly and reach where they are needed most.

Seamless local support: Supporting our mission from New Zealand is now easier than ever, reducing administrative barriers between your generosity and our work.

September 1st has always meant fresh notebooks, warm reunions, and the bright promise of a new school year. Today, in schools across Ukraine’s frontline regions, classrooms stand quiet. Instead of celebratory assemblies, students and teachers face the harsh reality of constant air raid sirens and shelling threats.

War can disrupt routine, but it must never destroy opportunity. Our children are the architects of Ukraine’s future. Protecting their safety cannot mean pausing their right to learn, dream, and grow.

To keep education alive, we are continuing our fundraiser to equip school bomb shelters with proper desks, lighting, heating, and digital learning tools. Together, we can keep transforming dark underground spaces into warm, fully functional classrooms where safety and education go hand in hand.

Help us shield their present so they can shape our future. Stand with Ukrainian students today.

Today, Ukraine marks its Independence Day. Freedom has a price, and Ukrainians pay it daily to defend their sovereignty, democracy, and future.

To honor 35 years of independence, we are launching a targeted campaign: $35 for 35 Years.

Stand with Ukraine today:
Repost to spread the word and help us reach our goal!

This morning, August 20, 2026, cities and regions across Ukraine endured another brutal and widespread aerial assault by russian forces. The nationwide barrage targeted critical energy and utility infrastructure as well as civilian neighborhoods, leaving significant destruction in its wake.

Emergency services nationwide are on the scene, extinguishing fires and clearing the rubble. Systematically targeting educational institutions and basic utility networks across Ukraine is a direct attack on peaceful lives.

The contrast is striking, isn’t it?

While the world carries on with its daily rhythm, millions in Ukraine wake up to a starkly different reality. Thunder becomes a trigger. Underground stations turn into bedrooms. Quiet nights transform into skies filled with fire.
At PRYTULA FOUNDATION USA, we witness this contrast every single day — not as abstract news, but through the real human lives we support on the ground.

War alters what “normal” means, but it cannot erase humanity. We are working tirelessly to provide shelter, urgent aid, and hope where it’s needed most. But we can’t do it alone.

Stand with us. Help us protect lives and rebuild peace.

Seattle. The second stop on our tour.
These past few days have been incredibly intense and inspiring. We had the honor of meeting with the Ukrainian community, as well as local thought leaders, activists, and representatives of the educational sector.
Educational initiatives took center stage in our discussions. We successfully exchanged contacts with key education leaders and laid the groundwork for future collaboration. We truly hope and believe that support for Ukraine within academic and cultural circles will continue to grow, as major and impactful projects lie ahead!
The Toloka Cultural Center deserves special recognition and our deepest gratitude. It is a remarkable hub that tirelessly preserves, supports, and promotes Ukrainian culture and traditions far beyond our homeland.

We extend our sincere thanks to the Toloka team for your hospitality, invaluable support, and warmth. We look forward to our future joint projects and a strong partnership! 💙💛

Thank you, Seattle! Moving forward.

Our foundation was honored to join the event hosted at the Embassy of the Czech Republic in Kyiv, dedicated to supporting Ukrainian veterans and their families.

It was an extraordinarily informative and insightful discussion. For our foundation, it was particularly vital to listen directly to our veterans—to hear their primary needs and gain a deeper understanding of the specific areas where they require support the most.

We are deeply grateful to all the veterans, experts, partner organizations, donors, and colleagues who shared their valuable experience, insights, and vision. Your openness, active engagement, and unwavering dedication made this gathering truly meaningful.

We look forward to combining our efforts further to empower Ukraine’s veterans and ensure they and their families receive the support they deserve.

The hardest part of a spinal cord injury isn’t the hospital stay. It’s learning how to live again.
After leaving the hospital, thousands of individuals—including war veterans—face a overwhelming reality: relearning how to navigate everyday life.
That is where the Active Rehabilitation Camp steps in.
Run by the Group for Active Rehabilitation (GAR)—a Ukrainian organization led entirely by wheelchair users—this camp provides life-changing mentorship. Participants learn wheelchair mobility, self-care, and physical strength directly from peer instructors who have walked (and rolled) in their shoes.
For most, this two-week camp is the exact turning point between total dependence and living on their own terms.
We need your help to raise $12,000 to send 18 people with spinal cord injuries (including 8 wounded veterans) to this camp.
Your donation directly funds:
Accessible accommodation & meals for 2 weeks
Specialized adaptive equipment
Hands-on training from expert instructors
